Innato was born out of a simple frustration: why was it so hard to find yogurt that could be a perfect substitute for food? Our founder, Simon, grew up on his grandmother's thick, fruit-yogurt — and nothing on the shelf came close.
So he bought a second-hand culturing machine, cleared out his kitchen counter, and started experimenting. Five months, over 100 batches, and hundreds of taste-tests later — Innato is now a community of yogurt-obsessed people who believe that simple, honest food is worth fighting for.
